-Processing price requests: You ensure the correct handling of incoming price requests, both by telephone and by email. Customers can always count on your professional and friendly service, whereby you strive for the shortest possible turnaround time.
-Gathering information: You will collect all important information from the customer and other stakeholders in order to draw up a proposal tailored to the customer’s needs. If necessary, you will visit the site.
-Drawing up quotations: Drawing up quotations is one of your responsibilities. You will ensure that everything is processed quickly and accurately.
-Administration: You ensure accurate follow-up of all related administration.
Preventive maintenance of our soil cleaning center and water treatment plant (pumps, butterfly valves, motors, etc.).
A malfunction? You will investigate the issue and take the necessary actions.
You check the parameters to ensure that production continues to run smoothly.
You work closely with the production manager and other operators.
You contribute ideas on how to improve processes and take initiatives to promote efficiency, order, and tidiness.
You work during the day, but are flexible enough to work an early or late shift on occasion.
You have a technical degree and a strong knowledge of mechanics.
You have a basic knowledge of electricity.
You are hands-on and take initiative.
You are willing to work in an industrial environment.
You can switch gears quickly and see priorities.
You speak and write Dutch well.
