Independently operate and set up the CNC machines
CAD/CAM programming of own workpieces set up, enter and adjust in the machines
Quality control of the produced workpieces
Preventive periodic maintenance of the machines
Sharing insights and experience with colleagues and R&D department to improve manufacturability and efficiency of workpieces
Keep workshop orderly and ensure a safe working environment

In this position you are ultimately responsible for the entire organization of a branch, part of the Lenmatec Group.
You lead a team of 10 people and are responsible for the daily operational management of the organization.
You ensure a safe and pleasant working environment.
Pro-actively you look for ways to improve and adjust the internal processes.
You have contacts with customers and suppliers and ensure good relationships and efficient collaborations.
You see commercial opportunities in the market and set out a growth strategy.
You are in daily consultation with and report to the group management.
You are responsible for the daily planning on the work floor together with the workshop manager.
