The professional cleaning of air distribution tubes is a specialism. For this very reason, this work is carried out by AQ airsocks under its own management. The air distribution hoses are removed by our own technicians at your location and taken to our washing area.
This washing place is equipped with professional, specially fitted washing machines and dryers. The washing machines are equipped in such a way that the dirty air distribution hoses are filled from the “dirty side” and emptied from the “clean side”. This clean side is certified to serve as a clean room. In this clean room, the air distribution hoses are dried and hygienically packed and sealed.
This ensures that no cross-contamination can take place during or after the washing process.
After cleaning, the air distribution hoses are reinstalled and assembled at your location.
