Cleaning the installation is not always enough. External influences reduce the technical condition of the installation. Replacement may not be an option for operational and financial reasons. The installation can also be brought back into good condition by carrying out a number of activities, after which it will once again meet today’s standards.
For example:
*Replacing centrifugal fans with direct-driven, energy-efficient EC fans
*Applying our special flexible AQ Moulding®.
*Application of our (water based) AQ Waterbased Condenser *Coating® on the cooling and heating coils
*Use of harmless thermaflex insulation with a dense structure instead of harmful
instead of harmful glass wool insulation
*Replacement of condensate drain pan
*Replacement of filter frames
*Coating of fan frames structural material
*Rebalancing and lowering fans and motors
*Replacement of cooling and/or heating coils
The air handling unit can also be provided with a unique patented plastic coating, namely AQ Plating®. This is fire retardant and provides a very smooth, watertight finish in air handling units. A special plastic welding process is used to weld the seams. The sheeting can withstand temperatures of up to 120 degrees Celsius.
The technical lifespan increases as a result of the above. It also ensures that the air ducts do not become soiled and thus avoids all the consequences that go with it.
