The Mechanical team leader oversees all aspects of the data center with primary focus on a mechanical and cooling, physical infrastructure for the assigned Datacenter sites. This person ensures that all work is completed on time and with a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
– Creating a maintenance plan prior to handover to the Service Planning team
– Monitoring the maintenance plan and all local mechanical and cooling maintenance, repairs, upgrade, and expansion work on existing and new facilities
– Providing status reports on all word done
– Being responsible for second level support and working closely with other specialists, manufacturers of technical equipment to escalate at the right level
– Participating in an on-call organization with the team and making sure they are trained and prepared to provide the best response possible for our clients.

The Electrical Team lead oversees all technical aspects of our datacenters with a primary focus on electro, the critical physical infrastructure of these sites and ensure that all work is completed on time in excellent quality
The Electrical Engineering Team lead at Digital Realty is responsible for:
– Creating a maintenance planning for alle electrical installations and parts
– Monitoring of the maintenance plan to repair, upgrade and expand on existing and new facilities
– Providing status reports
– Being Second level support and working closely with specialist engineers, manufacturers of technical equipment
– Being responsible for the safety of technical equipment in the datacenters, make sure the DC is operational, status of the assets and the required documentation

The Customer Service Technician at Digital Realty is responsible for:
– Carrying out Service Requests, in example Hands & Eyes services for our customers.
– Cross-/disconnects and elements of customer implementations in the Datacenters.
– Execution of migration activities (Labelling, Installation, Documentation and testing).
– Execution of operational tasks regarding incident and problem management
– Supporting the Service Transition (implementation) activities, under coordination of the Service Design & Transition Engineer/Manager.
