His career in predictive maintenance began with his thesis on &#8220;Predictive maintenance through vibration analysis&#8221;. After working 4 years as a Reliability Engineer, he founded the company in 2004 with his partner Arnaud Sti\u00e9venart. In 20 years I-care has grown significantly to a company that employs over 800 people across 17 countries serving customers in more than 55 countries. In 2020 I-Care won the EY Company of the Year award .
