Dutair Redefines Compressed Air
Dutair is the first company in Europe to introduce an oil-free turbo compressor equipped with air foil bearings, setting a new benchmark in compressed air technology. This advanced solution delivers completely clean and dry compressed air, significantly reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs, and contributes to lower CO₂ emissions. It is ideally suited for critical and energy-intensive applications where reliability and air quality are essential.
The Dutair turbo compressor is built around innovative air foil bearing technology. This eliminates physical contact, removes the need for oil and lubrication, and eliminates wear. The result is exceptionally clean, dry compressed air—representing a major step toward Class 0—and a virtually maintenance-free system that requires only periodic filter replacement.
Turbo technology offers a sustainable alternative to conventional compression systems, combining low energy consumption with high operational reliability and minimal maintenance requirements.
The compressor is particularly suited for industries where compressed air purity is critical, including pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and food processing sectors. The technology produces oil- and dust-free compressed air at a lower discharge temperature than conventional compressors, resulting in drier process air and a significantly reduced risk of product contamination.
For high-volume users within the 37 to 600 kW power range, turbo technology delivers maximum benefits in terms of energy efficiency, system reliability, and total cost of ownership.
