Inside Service Sales Engineer BeLux

C'est une opportunité passionnante de rejoindre l'équipe Benelux Project & Engineering. Vous êtes basé à Malines et collaborerez étroitement avec nos clients, d'autres parties prenantes et vos collègues partout dans le monde. En collaboration avec vos collègues directs, vous travaillerez au développement et à l'exécution de projets liés au traitement de l'air dans les industries industrielles et de transformation, principalement pour le sud de la Belgique et le Luxembourg. Votre implication couvrira le cycle complet depuis la définition du projet avec le service commercial, la conception, la production, la sous-traitance et la mise en œuvre jusqu'à la mise en service des installations sur site. Dans ce rôle, vous avez un contact direct avec le client, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre département Ventes et Service sur des projets dont la taille peut varier entre 10 000 € et plusieurs MEUR.



Tasks, duties, responsibilities etc.
– Accurate development of technical and commercial service quotes (repairs, upgrades, maintenance contracts, commissioning, critical parts kits)
– Upselling
– Preparation of energy saving calculations on our equipment
– You strive to achieve your set goals by working in a proactive and results-oriented manner
– You will maintain daily contact and work to build strong relationships with our customers
– Working closely with the service team and other departments

Preferred Requirements

– Bachelor Electromechanical Air Conditioning (HVAC) or similar through experience

Who are you?
Preferably you have Bachelor working and thinking level and some years of work experience in the technical industry. You have an advantage if you have knowledge of climate engineering.
You have good knowledge of Dutch, French and English. We are an international organization, so much documentation and internal training is in English. A results-oriented and proactive attitude is desired in this position.

What we offer
We offer a competitive salary and a contract for 38 hours per week to be worked within a 36-hour system (full-time). Your official workplace will be the office in Mechelen, with the possibility of working remotely. We adhere to Joint Committee 200 (PC 200). We provide 20 vacation days and 12 additional leave (ADV) days (full-time and for a full year). Additionally, we offer supplementary group insurance, hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, and an annual premium as per the regulations within JC 200. This role comes with a Sales Compensation Plan (bonus).
