Clicker Torque Wrench
The HYTORC Clicker Wrench is a simple and convenient tool for tightening nuts to specification in a wide range of bolting applications. This micro-adjustable torque wrench is available in various drive sizes and torque capacities. Handles are lightly knurled for a tough, non-slip grip. The tool has a spring-loaded pull down Lock Ring and an easy-to-read laser-etched dual scale to quickly and easily set torque. The wrench also features a quick-release button for easy socket removal. The HYTORC Clicker Wrench is supplied with an ISO certified calibration certificate.
HYTORC Connect
HYTORC Connect enables wireless data exchange between the Lithium Series II and a Windows PC using Bluetooth. The app provides an easy connection to the tool and a means to enter bolting parameters on the PC and transfer them to the tool to speed up the installation of bolted connections. HYTORC Connect allows you to manage all the detailed bolting results on the PC, where the documentation can be organized, viewed and saved. HYTORC Connect can be downloaded free of charge from the Microsoft Store.
BoltClean TCB_Thread Cleaning Box
The BoltClean Thread Cleaning Box (or TCB for short) is a housing for all models of the ARG external thread cleaner, making it a all-in-one solution for the cleaning of a wide range of studs and bolts. It comes with a durable aluminum casing that protects the operator from moving parts and can be securely mounted to a table or work bench. The dust extraction adapter ensures safer and cleaner working conditions, while the automatic shutoff feature activates when the lid is opened during operation, ensuring increased safety.
BoltSafe SM-300 handheld reader
The BoltSafe handheld reader SM-300 is a handheld instrument that reads and stores data from both the CMS (Continuous Monitoring System) and PMS (Periodic Monitoring System) BoltSafe load cells. The CMS load sensor connects directly to the handheld reader using a connector cable. The handheld reader then shows the value of the connected sensor on the LCD display. If you want to use the handheld reader to read data from the PMS load cell, a probe is needed. This probe energizes the BoltSafe Sensor and reads all data through a non-contacting interface. The probe is connected to the handheld reader using a connector. The handheld reader is used to monitor the residual bolt load directly on the reader. If you connect the handheld reader to a PC with a USB cable, you can send the measured bolt load data to a Windows PC afterwards. The acquired data can be analyzed by special software called “BS Report Generator”.
Lion gun X
The fast and powerful LION GUN X Electric Torque Tool has a lighter weight, a smaller profile, and is simpler to operate than other electric torque tools. With a compact 36V battery, this tool delivers up to 3,000 ft.-lbs. (4067 Nm) of torque, making it one of the most powerful battery-powered tools in the HYTORC lineup. It’s compatible with conventional sockets and all HYTORC square drive accessories. The LION GUN X offers built-in data recording using a USB cable and PC, or optional Bluetooth. With more straightforward menu options and a simpler user interface, the LION GUN X is the perfect choice when it’s time to just go bolting
HYTORC Nut – Mechanical tensioner
The HYTORC NUT tensioning nut is a 3 part pre-tensioning system for applications with a high degree of difficulty. The special construction allows for the bolt to move with the inner nut without shearing, reaction or torsion forces because the nut does not turn on the flange surface. The bolts are 100% mechanically tensioned. The only system in the world that is delivered pre-calibrated to bolt load. No complex and time consuming measurements therefore need to be carried out during assembly. You can work hands-free, without a reaction arm and without a backup wrench.
BoltSafe CMS Fusion
The CMS Fusion by BoltSafe is a proprietary, fully integrated bolt load sensor with built-in readout. It supports wireless communication via LoRaWAN and is available in various sizes. The CMS Fusion has been tested under extreme conditions to ensure reliable performance.
