Abaque hose pumps
Abaque – Peristaltic Pumps: Maximum Reliability, Minimal Downtime Abaque peristaltic pumps provide a reliable, efficient solution for handling the most demanding fluids. Using a peristaltic design, only the tubing contacts the fluid, preventing contamination and ensuring maximum process safety. With capacities up to 54 m³/h and pressures up to 16 bar, Abaque pumps cover a wide range of industrial applications, from clean liquids to abrasive or heavily loaded media. Simple Principle, Maximum Efficiency The peristaltic action ensures gentle, shear-free pumping, ideal for sensitive products or fluids containing solids. The fluid remains fully contained within the tube, avoiding contact with mechanical components. Built for Extreme Conditions Without mechanical seals, valves, or seats, Abaque pumps significantly reduce the risk of failure. The tube is the only wear part, simplifying maintenance and lowering operating costs. They can run dry, operate forward or backward, and handle abrasive, corrosive, or heavily loaded fluids. Reliable 24/7 Constructed from ductile iron and robust steel, Abaque pumps are designed for continuous operation in demanding environments such as chemical processing, water treatment, mining, and food production. Maintenance-Friendly, Maximum Availability Quick tube replacement and a seal-free design ensure minimal downtime and maximum process uptime. Abaque: the ideal solution for challenging fluids. Maximum performance, minimal maintenance.

Viking Universal Seal Gen 4
Viking Universal Gen 4 – Maximum Flexibility, Minimal Downtime The Viking Universal Gen 4 internal gear pump from Viking Pumps combines proven reliability with modular flexibility. Thanks to its smart design, the pump can be quickly and easily configured for your specific process—ensuring seamless integration into existing installations. With capacities up to 73 m³/h, pressures up to 10 bar, a viscosity range from 0.1 to 440,000 cSt, and temperatures ranging from -85 °C to 260 °C, the Universal Gen 4 is suitable for virtually any industrial application. Modular Power The innovative U-Plus™ seal chamber supports a wide range of sealing options, including packing, O-Pro® Seal, component seals, and cartridge seals. The ProPort™ casing features a universal port design with multiple connection options (including NPT and ANSI flanged). This allows the pump to be fully tailored to your process conditions. Built for Performance Available in cast iron (124C series), steel (123C series), and 316 stainless steel (127C series), the Universal Gen 4 always offers the right material choice. From general industrial applications to corrosive or chemically aggressive fluids, there is always a suitable configuration. The improved gear design enhances energy efficiency and reduces operating costs. Internal circulation behind the rotor promotes optimal lubrication and extended service life. Double ball or tapered roller bearings ensure reliable control of axial loads. Maintenance-Friendly and Future-Ready The large-diameter bearing housing with threaded construction enables quick and easy seal installation and removal. In addition, a mounting point is provided for easy IoT sensor integration—ready for predictive maintenance. Viking Universal Gen 4: robust, versatile, and engineered for continuity. Maximum process reliability, minimal downtime.

NOV EZstrip with Scion technology
AxFlow introduces the new eccentric rotary lobe pumps from NOV, under the name Scion. The Scion series features new technology with improved performance, easier maintenance, and lower operating costs, and includes 17 model variants for a range of capacities and pressure classes. The Scion line consists of two main types: The EZstrip series with Scion Technology: based on the EZstrip 'Maintenance-In-Place' technology with a split coupling rod, allowing maintenance to be carried out entirely while the pump remains installed. The 2000 series with Scion Technology: based on the 2000 series with arc-tooth couplings that better handle peak loads. Both series are available in single- or two-stage versions, achieving flow rates up to 410 m³/h and differential pressures up to 6 or 12 bar. Key improvements: New rotor geometry (2:3): reduces internal friction and pulsation while achieving high pressure levels. The stator/rotor combination also provides up to 25% shorter installation length, simplifying installation and replacement. Removable stator core: replaces the traditional cured stator in a metal tube. This new stator is on average 80% lighter, making maintenance easier without lifting equipment, and also reduces the cost of spare parts and material disposal. Modularity: all series use the same modular stator that can be used in single- or two-stage configurations. In case of wear, stators can be replaced individually or reversed to extend service life—especially useful in applications with uneven load. The first Scion models will be available from February 2026, followed by the two-stage variants. Until the new series is fully rolled out, the existing Mono pumps will remain available. AxFlow exclusively provides engineering, service, and spare parts for this new Scion pump technology in the Benelux, supporting customers with technical sales, maintenance, and advice.

OCTONIQ Cleanin-In-Place
AxFlow Launches OCTONIQ! The new modular Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) system from AxFlow Systems is now available and will be showcased at Pumps & Valves 2026 in Antwerp. OCTONIQ combines advanced cleaning technology with smart automation, enabling companies in hygiene-critical industries to drastically optimize the way they clean. What is OCTONIQ? OCTONIQ is a fully automated and modular CIP system, designed by AxFlow Systems to clean process installations without dismantling. It is ideal for companies where hygiene, reproducibility, and compliance are crucial. The system automatically controls and monitors parameters such as flow, temperature, chemical concentration, and cycle time, ensuring more efficient cleaning with reduced use of water, chemicals, and energy. Key Benefits: More efficient and sustainable cleaning: up to 30% savings in water, energy, and cleaning agents compared to traditional systems. Automation & traceability: all process data are automatically logged for audits and validation — essential for GMP requirements. Flexible & scalable: thanks to its modular design, OCTONIQ can easily be integrated into both new installations and existing lines (retrofit). Control system integration: seamless integration with existing PLC and SCADA systems for optimal process control. Application Areas: OCTONIQ is suitable for production environments where hygiene, reliability, and compliance are essential, such as the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, and biotechnology production processes. With the launch of OCTONIQ, AxFlow Systems strengthens its position as a provider of total solutions for process optimization. This new CIP system not only helps customers reduce operational costs but also contributes to sustainability goals by enabling more efficient use of resources.
