Metalon has been a family-owned business since 1990, specializing in logistics services, warehousing, and industrial maintenance.
Our activities mainly take place within the chemical and petro-chemical sector. In terms of operating area Metalon is active in the region of the port area of Antwerp and Ghent.
Metalon offers logistics services, warehousing and industrial maintenance. Our clients belong to a segment where quality and safety play an extremely important role. Unlike the classic logistics service provider, we enter into real long-term partnerships with our customers. Metalon continuously thinks along with the customer in order to achieve optimizations and to relieve the customer so that they can focus on their core business .
Within industrial maintenance, our technical‑industrial teams support various production and maintenance departments across multiple industrial sites.
We carry out a wide range of maintenance and support activities, from routine tasks to critical interventions that contribute to the safe and efficient operation of installations. Thanks to our continuous on‑site presence, we ensure clean, safe, and well‑organised working environments, taking a significant operational burden off our customers.
Since 2022, the final construction phase of our own logistics hub on the Left Bank has been successfully completed.
This modern facility boasts an impressive storage capacity of 38,000 m² and was built in line with the latest trends and the strictest standards in fire safety, ecology, and sustainability.
We offer a wide range of logistics services here, supported by both VCA and ISO 9001 certifications.

Industrial Maintenance
Metalon carries out maintenance activities on production sites within the chemical and petrochemical sector. Our VCA‑certified teams handle both preventive and corrective maintenance of technical and production installations. The work ranges from routine maintenance tasks to critical interventions that ensure the safe, efficient and continuous operation of the equipment. Thanks to our structural presence within production and maintenance departments, we take a significant operational burden off our customers. We ensure clean, safe, well‑organised and efficiently functioning installations, allowing our clients to fully focus on their core activities.
Warehousing
Metalon offers state-of-the-art warehouses in the Antwerp port area, strategically located for optimal accessibility. Our facilities meet the highest quality and safety standards and include loading docks, mezzanines, and office spaces. With sustainable features such as LED lighting and solar panels, we guarantee an energy-efficient storage solution.
Logistic Services
We manage your entire logistics chain: from packaging assembly, filling, wrapping, and labeling to order picking, loading, and unloading. Our fleet of forklifts and trucks—recently expanded with a new generation of electric forklifts—combined with experienced staff ensures efficient and safe handling. Administrative support and tailor-made solutions are part of our service.

We offer flexible office solutions tailored to your needs. Our shell offices can be fully customized and are equipped with modern infrastructure, including data networks and energy management systems. Ideal for companies that want to work close to their logistics operations.
Sustainable Entrepreneurship
At Metalon, sustainability is central to the way we operate. We believe that future‑proof logistics is not only about efficiency and reliability, but also about taking responsibility for people, the environment and society. That is why we have been investing for years in innovative solutions that reduce our ecological footprint while improving operational safety and quality. For Metalon, sustainable entrepreneurship means investing in everyone’s well‑being. Within the framework of the Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) guidelines, we introduced an innovative solution: backpack vacuum cleaners for the efficient and ergonomic removal of pellet spills. This approach was successfully demonstrated in 2024 and was recognised by the TotalEnergies Platform Antwerp as a positive point during their OCS audit. In addition to the well-being of our employees, our infrastructure is also fully geared towards sustainability. Our warehouses are energy‑neutral, thanks to 4,904 solar panels, LED lighting, heat pumps and high-quality insulation that minimise energy loss. We are also taking strong steps in transport and internal logistics: we invest in electric forklifts and actively encourage shared transport to further reduce our mobility impact.
