The wide range of PMT Benelux includes particle counters with sensitivity starting at 0.1µm and flow rates up to 100 lpm. These particle counters are used for both spot measurements and clean room monitoring of airborne particles according to ISO 14644-2. Also, these equipment can be used for troubleshooting activities or for the validation of cleanrooms and laminar louvered cabinets according to ISO 14644-1.

PMT - BAMS Remote solution
PMT Remote BAMS (Bio-Containment Area Monitoring System) used in isolators or biosafety cabinets helps detect both viable and non-viable particles in the air. It provides continuous monitoring of airborne particulates to ensure that the controlled environment remains free from contamination.
PMT - REMOTE APC
The PMT high performance Airborne Particle Counter - Remote (Remote APC) is designed for remote monitoring in a broad range of clean environments. A 28.3 liter per minute flow rate and built-in blower support continuous and scheduled remote sampling in pharmaceutical, electronics, semiconductor, food and beverages, cosmetics, and medical device industries. Remote sampling can be scheduled through Ethernet or WIFI connection. Data can be easily retrieved through connecting to a facility management system. The Remote APC is an ISO 21501-4: 2018 compliant particle counter.

PMT Remote BAS (Bio-Activity Sensor) is used in cleanrooms to detect viable particles, such as airborne microorganisms or bacteria, ensuring that the environment meets strict contamination control standards. By continuously monitoring the air for the presence of these viable particles, the system provides real-time data that helps maintain the cleanliness and sterility of the cleanroom. This is essential for industries like pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, where even minimal contamination could impact product quality or safety.
PMT EHPD - ECO High pressure diffuser
Operation process of Electric High Pressure Diffuser-Economic (EHPD-ECO): When the back-end sampling device begins to sample, the compressed gas to be tested is decompressed to atmospheric pressure dynamically, in real time, and is delivered to the device. When the sampling device stops, the EHPD-ECO closes the gas output automatically. The EHPD-ECO can be coupled with particle counter, air sampler and any other active sampling devices for detecting and analyzing the atmosphere, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, oxygen and other inert gases under high pressure, only use in non-flammable and non-explosive area.
PMT - HPD High pressure diffuser
When compressed gas is sampled, the High Pressure Diffuser (HPD) decompresses the compressed gas to atmospheric pressure in realtime and delivers it to the back-end sampling device. The HPD can be coupled with Airborne Particle Counter (APC), BioAerosol Sampler (BAS) and any other active sampling devices for sampling or detection. The HPD is suitable for sampling non-inflammable and non-toxic clean, compressed gases, such as dry air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, etc.
