About us

Industrial air treatment calls for Dutair. Because the Dutch brand has been known for its efficiency and reliability for decades. Dutair offers a unique product line of turbo blowers. Power levels from 7.5 to 600 kW for a flow rate of 140 to 29,000 Nm3/h and a pressure range of 200 to 4,000 mbar. In addition to turbo blowers, the Dutair program consists of side channel blowers and centrifugal fans. The Dutair side channel blowers are driven directly by an electric motor or with a bare shaft end. Optionally, gas-tight and explosion-proof versions are available. The compact design means that these blowers have many applications. Side channel blowers from Dutair are ideally suited for frequency control. This makes it possible to achieve a flow rate of 2,000 Nm3/h and a differential pressure of 700 mbar. The product line Dutair centrifugal fans also offers a wide variety of options. The continuously high quality and solid construction method makes these fans very popular with machine builders, among others. Centrifugal fans are particularly suitable as medium or high pressure fans. Dutair centrifugal fans can even be used as a very high pressure fan by adding frequency control.

Our technical documentation contains highly extensive and detailed specifications about the working area. Dutair is a brand of the company Sjerp & Jongeneel, which has been active in electrical engineering and pumps since 1929. Once the industrial requirements for air-related processes had grown, Dutair released its first series of products onto the market. The side- channel and centrifugal-based fans also demonstrated their reliability in the field of gas and explosive safety.

Dutair products are extremely energy efficient because they are tailored to their specific application. The control range as well as the efficient motors provide a favourable power factor and low power consumption.

To be able to pump a high output of air at higher pressures, we have focused on the development of turbo compressors. The direct drive with brushless permanent magnet motors enables high speeds of up to 50,000 rpm. By the use of air foil bearings in the motor, mechanical losses and wear are irrelevant. The combination of these techniques ensures a spectacular improvement in overall efficiency compared to conventional technology.

Inspiration for new products is derived from the ongoing dialogue with our customers. Their wide application of air and gases often involves specific needs. We are proud that Dutair has an appropriate response to more than 90% of those questions.

Turn-key Dutair Turbo Blower Our latest high efficiency blower is the Dutair Turbo Blower. The wire-to-air efficiency of the Dutair Turbo Blowers is revolutionary compared to the conventional blowers and pumps used for water treatment. Large energy savings are possible due to turbo technology, permanent magnet motor, hydrodynamic air foil bearings and air-cooling. We supply turnkey models starting at 7,5kW up to 600kW and a maximum pressure class of 4.000 mbar.

Dutair side channel blowers

Dutair Side channel blower : Dutair side channel blowers for pressure and vacuum are driven directly by an electric motor or with a bare shaft end. The open impeller assembly with a plurality of blades running close to the pump housing generates high pressure differentials with high flow rates in a compact unit. The contactless operation prevents wear and requires no lubrication. The ball bearings are mounted at the end of the shaft, which makes Dutair side channel blowers ideal for frequency control. Construction: Aluminium cast parts with integrated silencers on the inlet and outlet produce a low constant sound pressure. The asynchronous induction motors are part of the pump that has achieved a very stable and reliable design. Shaft seals in the pump housing and on the NDE side of the motor provide good protection against moisture and dust with an electrical protection class IP55. All Dutair side channel blowers are equipped as standard with a PTC for additional temperature monitoring. Optionally, gas-tight and increased explosion proof versions are available. Applications: Dutair side channel blowers are used for air, gases and for pneumatic transport, with no material passing through the pump housing. In vacuum applications, Dutair products have proven their reliability for central dust extraction systems, point extraction, cooling and vacuum lifts. In pressure settings, clean and dry blowing with air are common applications as well as aerating pools, blowing-off tanks, packaging machines and various applications in the bio- and chemical industry. Standard versions are suitable for all non-corrosive and non-flammable gases between -20° and +40°C. All versions of Dutair side channel blowers are extremely suitable for continuous operation.

Dutair centrifugal fans

Dutair Aluminium Centrifugal Ventilators: These aluminium centrifugal ventilators are available in various types. There are different versions in the medium pressure and the high pressure range, which have varying capacities. These pumphouse ventilators stand out for their sustainability, due to the robust aluminium design, which makes them highly resistant against corrosion. Normal the aluminium centrifugal ventilators are suited to gases up to 80°C. Dutair aluminium centrifugal ventilators are used for suction, blowing, cooling, aerating, etc.

Technology that will change the way you view compressed air. The modules deliver compressed air with only a 30°C temperature increase and 4x less water vapor than conventional compressors.
