R 603T - Dust-repellent chain lubricant reinforced with PTFE
R 603 T - Intelligent Evolutive Lubricant reinforced with PTFE Who uses R 603 T? The range of special lubricants R 603 T is designed for the construction industry: brickworks, insulation, concrete and stone industries, and all other industries where work is conducted in dusty environments. R 603 T is also recommended for partners in the chemical sector, the paper and cardboard industry, logistics, public transportation, shipping, recycling companies, and amusement parks. Finally, R 603 T is also used in steel mills or the aluminum industry. Where to use R 603 T? The R 603 T range is mainly used for lubricating chains and cables; also for slide channels, precision mechanisms, overhead cranes, or hoists. R603TCA - Evolutionary cable lubricant
The semi-synthetic R 603 TCA lubricant infiltrates deep in the articulations due to its low viscosity and its wetting agents and evolves by thickening to ensure a long lasting lubrication. The viscosity of the product is then stabilized, so that the lubricant remains in place in the core of the mechanisms where it plays his part best (thixotropic lubricant). More, the R 603 TCA lubricant is reinforced with PTFE to avoid the stick-slip phenomenon when starting/warming up machinery. These particles will penetrate in the core of mechanisms due to the fresh lubricant flow and allow to play their part as anti-shock and anti-wear cushins when starting up equipments.
R 660
The R 660 fluids elaborated from synthetic bases, have been developed to meet the technical requirements regarding longterm lubrication of chains and hinges operating at high temperatures. They are characterized by a better resistance to oxidation than traditional (semi)-synthetic products (based on PAO or PAG) Characteristics The advantages provided by the R 660 lubricants are as follows : - Low lubricant consumption, longterm lubrication and protective properties; - Very low evaporation rate; - Lower energy consumption and reduction of noise; - High natural viscosity index; - Applicable at different temperature ranges (< -15°C to > 180°C up to 275°C (peak temperature)); - Good affinity with metal surfaces and very good penetrating properties; - Intrinsically biologically degradable and free of toxic components.
SOG 790
SOG 790 is a high performance not watersoluble fluid formulated with mineral and natural base oils. Doped with complex additives, SOG 790 provides an exceptional lubricating film and excellent anti-welding properties. The cutting oil SOG 790 is recommended for all difficult machining operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as: tapping, drilling, thread-cutting… Typical properties Using SOG 790 provides the following advantages: - Excellent wetting properties as well as very good lubricity - No sticking and very good clearance of metal chips due to its low viscosity (recommended for use in micro-jet and micro-spray lubricating systems) - Excellent extreme pressure resistance and anti-wear properties - Excellent production quality after machining operations (better surface finish and control of machining tolerances, longer tool life) - Recommended as a multi-purpose cutting fluid, using SOG 790 helps reduce the use of a variety of cutting oils
MD3EP
MD 3 EP is a multipurpose lubricating grease meant for the protection and lubrication of bearings of industrial machines and equipments, automotive vehicles (trucks, tractors, timberjacks, cranes,…), building machinery. Due to its properties the MD 3 EP grease is recommended for the lubrication of bearings (Dn factor : 250 000), plain bearings, gears, hydraulic jacks operating under load and submitted to shocks at continuous temperatures ranging from -20 °C up to 130 °C.

Ready for use, clear and without any hydrocarbon chloride, it possesses decarbonising properties and eliminates frictioning. Typical Properties The advantages of the RD 5 lubricant are as follows: - Penetrating effect by way of micro diffusion, - Cleaning, penetrating, detarring properties reinforced by the addition of polar solvented fractions (increased properties of capillarity), - Optimised lubricating effect on all parts in motion through the use of polar synthetic by-products, - Its water chasing effect (transfer of any humidity present on the parts to be treated), - Very good protection against corrosion (presence of a protective lubricating film), - Compatible with most plastics and elastomers, - Low toxicity for Man and his environment.
RD5 Multipurpose Lubricant Cobra
Multipurpose Lubricant and Water Chaser The multipurpose lubricant RD 5, guaranteed without silicone, is an anti-corrosion protection fluid and water chaser. Ready for use, clear and without any hydrocarbon chloride, it possesses decarbonising properties and eliminates frictioning. SOG DG CLEAN F is also appreciated by industrial sectors that require NSF food certification in their processes, such as glass manufacturing, the chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, packing, and more. Finally, due to its outstanding performance and a high level of safety, SOG DG CLEAN F is designed for various maintenance departments, cleaning, and production services in sectors such as precision mechanics, infrastructure, and insulation. Where to use SOG DG CLEAN F? SOG DG CLEAN F is primarily used for cleaning and degreasing metal surfaces, gears, bearings, tools, chains, slides, conveyors, axes, and mechanisms. CODEX FLUID
White medicinal oil with strong paraffinic trends CODEX FLUID complies with the FDA regulations and the regulations of the European pharmacopoeia. Is approved for direct or incidental contacts with foodstuffs. Typical propert ies The use of the oil CODEX FLUID provides the following advantages: - free from toxical or harmful components - exclusively made of saturated molecules (aliphatic hydrocarbons and alicyclics) - transparent, odourless and tasteless - extremely pure and stainless - totaly insoluble in water Approval The spray CODEX FLUID is registrated in the “NSF White Book”, NSF H1 Registration Number 156716. NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent non-profit making company that has developed a Nonfood Compounds Registration Program following that of the USDA, stopped in 1998. The NSF logo testifies that the formulations have been verified by toxicologists. Technical detai ls and appl icat ions CODEX FLUID can be used as a general lubricant, anti-foam, softener, release and protective agent, etc. It complies with the FDA regulations (§ 172 878 en § 178 3620a ) because of the exclusive pureness of its components. This oil can be used as a general lubricant in pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, in industrial backeries, the fish and meat industry, the drink industry or the food packaging industry.

High performance graphite resin The graphite varnish SOGEVER SP 500 is a dry lubricant elaborated from an organic binder and very high quality graphite powders. Thanks to its high graphite concentration, it is an excellent lubricating release agent for all applications: protection and sliding at high temperatures (glass, steel, ... ) as well as for casting operations of non-ferrous metals (aluminum, magnesium , zinc). It can also be used for its lubricating properties at low speed. The lubricant SOGEVER SP 500 is free of heavy metals.
