HIT is an established global industrial gearbox designer, manufacturer and supplier with more than 100 years of drive technology know-how for a wide range of industrial applications throughout the world, including aerators, mixers & agitators, cooling towers, air cooled condensers, conveyors, hoists, mills, pumps, toasters, pulpers, cable cars, scrapers, screw pumps etc. The location houses production, assembly, sales office and service centre. Condition Monitoring System
The eye series combines real-time drive monitoring with advanced oil filtration. Detecting damage before it occurs is the key to success in modern machine maintenance. The machinery manufacturer's CMS innovation goes one step further than existing systems by combining drive condition monitoring with oil filtration in an all-in-one solution. With predictive maintenance, users increase the reliability and service life of their machinery and systems. Bringing together Sumitomo Drive Technologies' decades of know-how in drive solutions with the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), eye COMPLETE is a CMS that allows users to analyse the condition of their systems and machinery in real time while also maintaining the gear oil. The wide range of features including advanced vibration monitoring, oil analysis, and oil filtration contribute to predictive maintenance, thereby increasing the reliability and service life of machinery and systems. For vibration monitoring, the CMS provides sophisticated yet user-friendly data processing. The eye series ensures quality control of gear oil by taking high-precision measurements of ISO cleanliness levels, water content, and oil temperature.
PARAMAX® 9000 Reducer
Flexible gearbox series, engineered and produced in Europe - Local engineered and produced range available in 8 sizes, ensuring short delivery times and quick support. Other sizes available directly from the global factories. - Parallel and right Angle - 2/3/4 stage gearboxes with solid and hollow output shaft (key, shrink disk). - Specifically for small and medium torque applications with horizontal output shaft (material handling applications, cranes, horizontal mixers, …). - Complete Drive packages with baseplate/motor lantern available including couplings, brakes, and motors. - Numerous other options and accessories: condition monitoring, backstop, cooling fan, … - For larger gearboxes above 80kNm consider also using the Hansen P4 horizontal- and Hansen P4 vertical multistage series

Dedicated Gearbox series to measure all vertical applications - Specific vertical housing - available in 20 sizes from 3 to 1100 kNm output torque. - Increased bearing span for robustness against high overhung loads. - Mounting feet symmetric around low speed shaft to evenly distribute loads. - Service friendly with split plane and maintenance-free sealing system. - Powerful Hansen P4 gear geometry for low noise and vibration levels. - Designed for heavy-duty applications: Cooling towers, Mixers, Toasters, Pulpers and more.
Hansen P4 Single Stage
The Hansen P4 single stage gearbox is available in a parallel horizontal configuration. Technically balanced between optimum thermal and mechanical performance there are mainly 2 series available: - The standard single stage series with a monoblock housing are available in 5 sizes with a power rating up to 4MW. - The heavy duty single stage series has a housing with horizontal split plane and a dedicated pressure lubrication system with a power rating up to 12MW (available in 4 sizes).

Powerful solution for Air Cooled Condensers - Specifically designed for Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) drives. - Our 'Dedicated' products offer a cost effective, robust & efficient solution. - Standard with lantern housing, allowing an alignment-free connection of a motor on the top of the gear unit. - Available in 6 sizes (20-70 kNm).
