How does lubrication maintenance contribute to the reliability and maintenance strategy of the assets? The basis is always a very well-thought-out lubrication schedule. This is not just a list of lubricants with their frequencies. ePrevent® - Analyzing lubrication
Preventive maintenance is the best way to keep your machinery operational for as long as possible at the lowest cost. But what do you have to watch out for? And what tools are there to monitor the condition of the lubricant and equipment, for example? We now have techniques to monitor the condition of the oil in real time via sensors. Since this is definitely not an option for every application, we work a lot with manual sampling at smart intervals. ePrevent® is our oil sampling analysis package that not only gives insight into the condition of the lubricant, but also into the state of machinery and components. The analyses, carried out by an independent laboratory, enable you to build up a valuable database and gain immediate insight into how to plan maintenance efficiently and effectively. You can track the results of the analysis directly via your own portal on our website or on your smartphone. You will get to know the maintenance trend of your machines, which makes it relatively easy to monitor the condition of your machinery and to change lubricants on time. Do you want to take oil samples and use our ePrevent® oil sample analysis package for this? The package allows you to take six samples and have them analysed. Van Meeuwen-Magazine #2 contains an interesting article about grease analyses, condition monitoring and preventive maintenance. This concerns the company DEKRA Rail in Utrecht, whose department of Tribology, as an independent research centre, analyses grease samples and provides advice.
Education - Teaching tribology - Training courses
Performing professional lubrication maintenance is a specialisation and requires specific knowledge and personal attention. At Van Meeuwen Education, we provide tailor-made lubrication training courses. For various jobs and roles in technical departments and production departments. Our focus is on the customer's requirements. We will work with you in advance to identify which employees need to be trained, what level of knowledge is present, what the exact purpose of the training is and what form the training ultimately takes in practice. Black Point - Mineral and synthetic lubricants for conventional applications
Black Point mineral and synthetic lubricants are suitable for conventional applications. The Black Point range consists of slideway, engine, drilling and cutting oils, heat transfer oils and degreasers.
