As a Customer Care Officer, you're the rock for our customers and colleagues. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. No question is too much, no file too complex. You keep a cool head and keep the administration in order. Key responsibilities & tasks: - You help customers with questions and complaints and look for structural solutions. - You assist with quotes, customer files, and administration. - You ensure the correct and efficient processing of orders. - You contribute ideas on how we can optimize our internal operations. Job criteria: - Satisfied customers and colleagues - Accurate administration - Proactive identification of bottlenecks What we expect from you: - Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience - Experience: Experience in B2B customer service is a plus - Languages: Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English - Soft skills: strong administrative skills, solution-oriented, and communicative
