Inside Service Sales Engineer BeLux

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Benelux Project & Engineering team. You are based in Mechelen and will closely collaborate with our customers, other stakeholders and your colleagues all over the world. Together with your direct colleagues, you will work on developing and executing Air Treatment related projects in industrial and process industries, mainly for the South of Belgium and Luxembourg. Your involvement will span the full cycle from project definition together with the sales department, design, production, contracting and implementation until commissioning of installations on site. In this role you have direct contact with the customer, suppliers and subcontractors. You will work closely together with our Sales and Service department on projects that can vary in size between € 10k to several MEUR. You are a true team player with social skills for people and customer management and approach projects and project handling in an analytical and solution-oriented way.

As a Service Technician at Munters in the Netherlands, you ensure that our air handling systems run flawlessly. From maintenance to repairs and installations, you are the point of contact that makes customers happy and continues to grow in your profession. Your Opportunity: Performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of Munters air handling systems at customers throughout the Netherlands. Identifying and resolving malfunctions, providing expert advice to customers. Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to deliver optimal service. Registering work and maintenance in the systems according to internal procedures. Proactively contributing to customer satisfaction and system reliability. Actively participating in training and knowledge development to stay technically up-to-date. Contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable working environment.
