R 660

The R 660 fluids elaborated from synthetic bases, have been developed to meet the technical requirements
regarding longterm lubrication of chains and hinges operating at high temperatures. They are characterized by a
better resistance to oxidation than traditional (semi)-synthetic products (based on PAO or PAG)
Characteristics
The advantages provided by the R 660 lubricants are as follows :
- Low lubricant consumption, longterm lubrication and protective properties;
- Very low evaporation rate;
- Lower energy consumption and reduction of noise;
- High natural viscosity index;
- Applicable at different temperature ranges (< -15°C to > 180°C up to 275°C (peak temperature));
- Good affinity with metal surfaces and very good penetrating properties;
- Intrinsically biologically degradable and free of toxic components.
