ZINGA 420

ZINGA 420 is an innovative evolution of the ZINGA®-technology, developed to meet increasing environmental and regulatory demands. This low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) formulation offers a more sustainable solution while maintaining the proven performance of ZINGA®.

The Film Galvanising System ZINGA 420 is a one-component coating containing 96% zinc in the dry film, providing active cathodic protection to ferrous metals.
It can be used:
- As a stand-alone system as an alternative to hot-dip galvanisation or metallisation.
-As a primer in duplex systems (active + passive protection).
- As a recharging system for galvanized or metallized surfaces
ZINGA 420 can be applied by brush, roller or spray on a properly prepared substrate and performs reliably in a wide range of atmospheric conditions.
