– Preventive maintenance: visual inspections by means of videoscope incl. clear and complete reporting, vibration analyses, on-line condition monitoring, oil analyses, alignment check.
– Engineering: gear drawing creation for reverse engineering, modifications for longer service intervals and/or lifetime.
– Overhaul and repair: large team of experienced mechanics in the workshop and on-site. Test run after repair (under load if necessary). Dismount, remount, alignment, commissioning,… .
– Production of gears up to a diameter of 4000 mm, straight, helical, V-shaped, bevel gears, …
– Machining: turning, milling, horizontal boring, … medium to big size.
– Laser cladding: state-of-the-art repair with limited heat input. Ideal process for the repair of sealing or bearing surfaces, bores, casings, bodies, etc..
