P-Laser

Over ons

With an eye to the future towards a more sustainable, more ecological business world, Jean-Claude Philippron started P-Laser ten years ago to develop lasers as an alternative to traditional cleaning methods (sandblasting, dry ice blasting, chemicals, etc.). These lasers produce pulsed laser light that breaks up contamination, with a focus on maintaining the quality of the material. In certain cases, laser cleaning is often a more efficient and safer alternative, primarily because you do not use additional resources (chemicals, dry ice, etc.) for this. P-Laser became the first manufacturer in Belgium with laser cleaning machines and soon inspired various sectors.

Project-based, thinking along with companies

Laser cleaning remains a technique whose efficiency largely depends on the application. At P-Laser it is not about selling the largest machine, but offering the most suitable solution. The sales team helps by looking at needs on a project basis for both manual and automated applications. New products have already been created using engineering from our R&D. P-Laser became the first laser manufacturer with a compact cleaning laser. Other examples are the mini-scan laser head to optimize ease of use during long working hours and the Outdoor laser, a robust design ideal for shipyards and ports.

Team with expertise, global partners

Today, Jean-Claude, with 35 years of experience and knowledge in surface treatment and a small but very dedicated team, as well as global partners, takes laser technology to different corners of the world. With a lot of research for development, our engineers help with new solutions in the market. Our service and production employees are thoroughly familiar with our lasers in order to provide the best possible advice on operational use and maintenance. The partners meet with us every year, where we share future plans, update knowledge and celebrate success stories. And we continue to grow.
