Legionella risk assessments
The following activities can be performed by us: *Drawing up RIE (risk inventory plans) and Legionella management plans *Chemical disinfection of the water supply system *Advice on possible adjustments to the installation *Taking legionella samples *Provision of water treatment for legionella management In such an inspection, the entire distribution routing is checked based on the available drawings and any bottlenecks are mapped. In combination with the risk assessment, the legionella control plan is drawn up. If desired, existing drawings may be adjusted and digitalised. In the event that there are no drawings available, we can also produce entirely new drawings, both as hardcopy and in digital format.

retrofit with EC-fans
Retrofitting/upgrading your air handling unit by replacing the traditional centrifugal fan with an EC-fan will allow for a reduction of energy consumption. And the good thing is that the investment will commonly be recouped within a year!

indoor air quality risk analysis
Since May 2019, the new targets for indoor air quality have been entered into force. The general principle is that employees must have good indoor air quality. The old objective only foresaw that "sufficient fresh air" had to be available and said nothing about tackling possible sources of pollution. The new objective obliges the employer to carry out a risk analysis of indoor air quality in order to identify contaminants and possible risks. Possible sources of pollution are: -The presence and physical activity of persons -The products and materials present in the workrooms (e.g. building materials, flooring, furniture, printers, etc.) -Maintenance, repair and cleaning of workplaces -Quality of air supplied as a result of infiltration and ventilation

Air duct cleaning
Contrary to what people think, air ducts actually become contaminated. This will of course depend on how often the air treatment unit is serviced, the exchange rate of the filters and even more importantly: the type of filter used in the air treatment unit. Exhaust ducts will always become contaminated. If they don’t, they do not function properly! Cleaning procedures We can apply the following cleaning methods to clean the air ducts: robot rotating brushes compressed air manually These different methods enable us to clean any duct and remove any form of contamination. Moreover, we guarantee optimal results. By creating a vacuum in the system, the contamination will not enter the work and living areas. .

AQ Circle-R® : Circular air filters for air treatment
AQ Circle-R® : an important step in circular filters Sustainable in production and circular in use! The AQ Circle-R® filter consists of a separate cassette with interchangeable filter media. The cartridge is purchased once and only the filter medium is changed during the periodic maintenance. This eliminates all of the above-mentioned disadvantages in one fell swoop: - much less space in terms of storage, transport and therefore also much easier to handle - there is only one waste product, namely the medium itself. This medium can be recycled - the frame (one-time purchase) can be made of recycled material - the filter has a low resistance so less energy is used by the air handling unit itself - the filter is produced in the Benelux, so few transport movements (and a low CO2 footprint) no different waste products and the waste product that remains can be recycled. In addition, the filter is also produced in the Benelux and, due to its low resistance, consumes less energy.

Cleaning cooling installations
The fins of the cooling installations become dirty and oxidised by external influences. In order to guarantee the technical life span and to optimise the efficiency of the installation, these installations require periodic chemical-technical cleaning. This ensures an extension of the technical life span as well as the costs of operation. The personnel of AQ Group is experienced and well trained to carry out these activities correctly.

coating of cooling systems and condensers
Air cooled condensers are coated with our unique EnergyGuard® coating. This water-based coating, specially developed for air-cooled condensers, contains special substances that optimally regulate the transfer of heat. The often aluminium fins must be protected from external influences to prevent oxidation and decomposition. Oxidation and digestion influence the efficiency of the installation and thus the technical life span. Advantages of this coating include: ultra-thin layer, long-lasting/optimal protection, high heat conductivity coefficient, water-based and therefore environmentally and people-friendly, very low K-value, applicable to copper, stainless steel and aluminium and no nuisance. If necessary, our Heavy-Duty Condenser Coating® can also be applied. This is a coating that can provide more protection in a very aggressive environment.

reconditioning of air handling units
Cleaning the installation is not always enough. External influences reduce the technical condition of the installation. Replacement may not be an option for operational and financial reasons. The installation can also be brought back into good condition by carrying out a number of activities, after which it will once again meet today's standards. For example: *Replacing centrifugal fans with direct-driven, energy-efficient EC fans *Applying our special flexible AQ Moulding®. *Application of our (water based) AQ Waterbased Condenser *Coating® on the cooling and heating coils *Use of harmless thermaflex insulation with a dense structure instead of harmful instead of harmful glass wool insulation *Replacement of condensate drain pan *Replacement of filter frames *Coating of fan frames structural material *Rebalancing and lowering fans and motors *Replacement of cooling and/or heating coils The air handling unit can also be provided with a unique patented plastic coating, namely AQ Plating®. This is fire retardant and provides a very smooth, watertight finish in air handling units. A special plastic welding process is used to weld the seams. The sheeting can withstand temperatures of up to 120 degrees Celsius. The technical lifespan increases as a result of the above. It also ensures that the air ducts do not become soiled and thus avoids all the consequences that go with it.

Cleaning of airsocks
The professional cleaning of air distribution tubes is a specialism. For this very reason, this work is carried out by AQ airsocks under its own management. The air distribution hoses are removed by our own technicians at your location and taken to our washing area. This washing place is equipped with professional, specially fitted washing machines and dryers. The washing machines are equipped in such a way that the dirty air distribution hoses are filled from the "dirty side" and emptied from the "clean side". This clean side is certified to serve as a clean room. In this clean room, the air distribution hoses are dried and hygienically packed and sealed. This ensures that no cross-contamination can take place during or after the washing process. After cleaning, the air distribution hoses are reinstalled and assembled at your location.

cleaning of Solar Panels
Although the aforementioned investment can sometimes be hefty, cleaning the solar panels is often a neglected task. This is easy to explain, as few people are keen to go up on the roof themselves. Nevertheless, periodic cleaning is certainly worthwhile, because dirty panels yield up to 20% less yield! Regular cleaning of your solar panels is therefore an absolute must. It is best to have this done by a professional so that you do not have to worry about it yourself and you can be sure that the job will be done optimally and safely. We recommend that you have your panels thoroughly cleaned at least once a year. You will earn back the cost of this in the foreseeable future. HOW DO WE CLEAN SOLAR PANELS? AQ Group is happy to support you in cleaning your solar panels. Our well-trained and experienced employees are not only specialised in doing this job, but they also have the right means and tools. The fact that we are VCA**-certified also assures you that all work is carried out professionally and safely. Every day that your solar panels become dirty, their yield decreases. So don't wait any longer and choose to get the most out of your investment. Make an appointment for a cleaning service and enjoy optimum returns from your solar panels.

Duct Sealing with Aeroseal
As common known, air ducts are not airtight. Studies show that air leakage in air duct systems can be as high as 30%! In air ducts older than 20 years, often even more, up to 50%. Some of the air and energy generated is lost along the way and does not get to where it is intended. This loss of valuable air is accompanied by high energy costs. By treating existing and also new air treatment systems with AEROSEAL®, the leaks are sealed in a very efficient manner.

AQ Climat Concept
A Sustainable Future in Climate Control The AQ Group Climate Concept® is a unique approach to climate technology that strives for a greener future. What makes this concept unique and not feasible for other market parties is that each business unit contributes its own specialised knowledge. This allows the latest retrofit technologies to be used to transform existing climate control systems. The core aspects of the AQ Group Climate Concept® *Efficient heat pumps *Innovative air filters Energy-efficient humidification: The outdated steam humidification system is being modernised with energy-efficient high-pressure humidification, which combines sustainability with cost savings. Many companies in the sector specialising in air humidification have mastered this technique, but the combination with the other core aspects is unique. Heat recovery: This is an important energy-saving technique in air handling units. The process involves treating return air from a building, whereby the collected heat is transferred to incoming fresh air via heat exchangers. By reusing heat, the temperature of the incoming air rises, requiring less additional energy to heat the space. This results in lower energy costs and a reduced ecological impact due to lower demand for heating. EC fans: The switch from traditional centrifugal fans to energy-efficient EC fans contributes to a greener and more efficient air flow. The energy savings are enormous and retrofitting is becoming increasingly popular. Here too, our intensive collaboration with Ziehl-Abegg forms a good foundation for our leading position in this market. Aeroseal® Technology: AQ Group uses advanced Aeroseal® technology to make air ducts virtually airtight, minimising energy loss. We also have the exclusive user agreement for this technology.
