Customer Service Technician

Our customers rely on us to provide consistent, reliable 24/7 data center services and this team is their on-site hands and eyes, responding quickly to their needs. We install and test the vital connections that are at the heart of our customers’ businesses. The Customer Service Technician at Digital Realty is responsible for: - Carrying out Service Requests, in example Hands & Eyes services for our customers. - Cross-/disconnects and elements of customer implementations in the Datacenters. - Execution of migration activities (Labelling, Installation, Documentation and testing). - Execution of operational tasks regarding incident and problem management - Supporting the Service Transition (implementation) activities, under coordination of the Service Design & Transition Engineer/Manager.
