Maintenance Lead (h/f) – Secteur pharma

As a Maintenance Lead, you coordinate your team in the implementation of maintenance activities. maintenance during the construction of new complete entities or during revamping and ensure support for continuous improvement programs for existing units among clients. You participate in the development of the Maintenance cell at CoCeptio. Your main responsibilities are: Organize and coordinate the various maintenance activities carried out by your team. Develop and implement the maintenance strategy. Analyze and comment on technical project documents (plans, technical sheets, functional analyses, etc.) during the basic design and detail design phase. Ensure the monitoring of the installation of technical equipment in the field, taking into account all aspects related to the maintenance profession. Ensure the commissioning phase in collaboration with the discipline engineers and installers.
