MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING TECHNICIAN
At Flancco, we ensure that technical installations and buildings remain safe, clean, and optimally functioning. We specialize in Technical Cleaning (such as oil spill cleanup and ice blast cleaning) and Technical Maintenance (such as ventilation, air conditioning, extractor hoods, and refrigeration systems). Due to our rapid growth, we're looking for motivated technicians to join our team. Do you have experience in HVAC, ventilation, or cleaning? Great! No experience but eager to learn the trade? Then we'll train you through our internal training program.

Your position:
- Cleaning ventilation systems and ducts
- Filter maintenance and maintenance of extractor hood installations
- Cleaning and technically checking air conditioning installations
- Cleaning up oil leaks and cleaning electrical cabinets
- Specific cleanings with, among other things, ice blasting technology
- Reporting via our digital platform

Your profile:
- You have a technical interest and are practical
- You like to work hands-on safely
- You are reliable and customer-oriented
- Driving license B is a must
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch

FOREMAN / SITE MANAGER ASBESTOS REMOVAL
GIA Cataro Asbest Services is looking for a driven Foreman/Site Manager for asbestos removal. After completing the mandatory 32-hour training course, you will be deployed at various locations in Belgium under varying conditions. You will remove asbestos-containing applications, ranging from corrugated sheets to pipe insulation, perform general demolition and maintenance work, and typically manage a team of two to six people. You will have the opportunity to carry out projects from start to finish, naturally adhering to strict safety standards. The work will take place at various sites in Belgium (primarily East and West Flanders). We will depart from the warehouse to the sites around 6:30 a.m. You must be able to travel to the warehouse independently. Transport to the sites is generally arranged by the foremen.
PEST CONTROL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As a Pest Control & Prevention Technician, you'll be on the road a lot. You'll enjoy a high level of independence. You'll work behind the scenes at various companies, actively monitoring and preventing pests. You'll always leave home in the morning and visit your local clients based on a flexible schedule. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and provide them with advice based on your findings.
