Project Coordinator
WAT JE GAAT DOEN
Als Project Coördinator draag je zorg voor het voorbereiden, organiseren en coördineren van alle activiteiten die noodzakelijk zijn voor een efficiënte uitvoering en je denkt mee in het oplossen van technische problemen. Specifieke taken van de Project Coördinator zijn:
Werk in het veld bekijken en het bepalen van het benodigd personeel, kranen en equipment;
Budgetteren en een planning maken ten behoeve van de uitvoering;
Intern en extern bestellen en vastleggen van personeel en materieel en zorgdragen dat dit tijdig aanwezig is voor uitvoering van de klus;
Administratief verwerken van de benodigdheden van de klus zodat een compleet dossier gereed staat voor verdere financiële afhandeling.
WAT JE NODIG HEBT
Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of een graduaat technische of logistieke richting en minstens 3 jaar werkervaring;
Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek.
Je spreek vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift.
Je bent flexibel en bereid om te reizen naar projectlocaties in België en sporadisch in de Benelux.
Je bent leergierig, beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en je hebt een proactieve houding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: No two days are the same at Mammoet! You'll manage a mix of projects, some in preparatory phases, others already underway. It's up to you to determine the necessary time balance between being on site and in the office. You'll organize and monitor work on site, focusing on planning, quality, safety, and budget. You'll set up the project structure, including staff scheduling, material supply, and the required documentation. You'll manage a team of approximately 20 colleagues, both operationally and administratively. You'll participate in site meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Project Administrative Coordinator

You'll work closely with various departments, including Engineering, Planning, and SHE-Q, and be the primary point of contact for the client. You'll carefully prepare the work to ensure safe and successful execution. You'll also manage your own administration and maintain a complete file for financial closing.
