WHAT YOU'LL DO No two days are the same at Mammoet! You'll manage a mix of projects, some in preparatory phases, others already underway. It's up to you to determine the necessary time balance between being on site and in the office. You'll organize and monitor work on site, focusing on planning, quality, safety, and budget. You'll set up the project structure, including staff scheduling, material supply, and the required documentation. You'll manage a team of approximately 20 colleagues, both operationally and administratively. You'll participate in site meetings with internal and external stakeholders. You'll monitor contractual agreements in close collaboration with the client. You'll actively manage project results and report periodically to local management. You'll conduct workplace inspections in consultation with the SHE-Q advisor. You'll identify and manage project risks. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Our ideal candidate preferably has 5 years of experience in a coordinating role. You're a natural leader and a skilled organizer. In addition, you are service-oriented and can easily adapt to changing situations. You also recognize yourself in the following points: A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or demonstrably equivalent experience. Prevention Advisor Level II certificate (required) A decisive and responsible attitude - you dare to address colleagues on punctuality, attitude, and quality Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude A hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented approach Stress-resistant and able to act appropriately in conflict situations Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus, but not a requirement Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written

Antwerp-based location for petrochemical projects. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the preparation and safe execution of daily tasks and projects. You'll work closely with various departments within Mammoet, such as Planning and Engineering, and maintain regular contact with the client. You'll be able to prepare work in a way that ensures optimal execution and successful completion. You'll also manage administrative tasks and maintain a complete file for the financial close of the project, in collaboration with the finance department.
