At our Melsele location, no two days are the same. As a technician, you'll be responsible for our equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Our colleagues drive to customers daily to deliver and collect machines. Upon returning to the site, you and your fellow technicians will perform the initial inspection, carry out any necessary repairs, and process these.
Fleet Specialist
As a Fleet Specialist, you and a colleague will be responsible for the Boels fleet in Belgium and Luxembourg. Based on your analyses, you will advise the internal organization on investments in new machines and accessories. At the same time, you will keep a close eye on the market: which technological developments are relevant and which new machines can strengthen our fleet? In addition to this strategic aspect, you will support our Area and Large Equipment managers in daily fleet management and be the point of contact for complex maintenance issues. You will determine, often together with your colleague, whether a machine is better repaired or replaced. This way, you ensure the fleet remains efficient and future-proof.
