It is now possible to set up item locations per warehouse in McMain Online. You can add the location on the article screen. This means that an item can be stored in multiple warehouses.
You can filter the order proposal by warehouse and you can also arrange goods receipt and invoicing per individual warehouse. From now on you can place orders per warehouse. If the economic stock of an item in one of your warehouses is lower than the reorder point, the number will be displayed in red.
When you create a material issue, you now also choose a warehouse. You can then only drop off items that are present in the selected warehouse. Also when creating a return warehouse, first select which warehouse it concerns. When returning, you can only select items that came from the same warehouse upon delivery. You can therefore never return more items than were issued.
Each warehouse has a default location in the system. You can then create a fixed location for an item within a warehouse.
