We offer an extensive standard range of profiles from top manufacturer Röchling. But we also produce customised profiles for our customers. These range from guides and chain guides for conveyors in the food industry to buffers and fenders in the port.
As guide and chain profiles must have excellent sliding and wear characteristics, we usually produce them in HMPE1000. For extremely demanding applications, we recommend Sustaglide or LubX. These two materials have even better sliding properties and an even lower friction coefficient.
