Blasting

Blasting is craftsmanship. And Buijsse International has made it its specialty. We have an automatic steel blasting cabin, which has no equal in the region. The blasting cabin has 16 turbines that throw 3,800 kg of pellets per minute at a speed of 80 meters per second. Steel grit and corundum (for stainless steel (stainless steel) can be used for blasting. This machine meets the strictest standards and is capable of automatically blasting objects up to 30m in length and with a diameter of 3m by 3m. Per shift, up to 20 tons of steel can be processed. Our blasting machine is used daily for blasting very large objects such as fuel tanks, steel constructions, piping, profiles, plates, lock gates,… But also smaller objects such as parapets, fencing, tubes,… are meticulously blasted according to the desired blasting quality (EN ISO 8501, EN ISO 8502 and EN ISO 8503).
