A chemical treatment ensures good adhesion and resistance to corrosion. For this purpose, three types of installations are possible:
1. Bath series (automated or manual)
2. Compact spray system, suitable for multiple chemical treatments (Step and Go)
3. Continuous pass-through tunnel
The construction of these systems can be in stainless steel or in plastic (resistant to the most aggressive products). Automatic chemical dosing systems, visualization of process parameters, and process controls are integrated with great care. Ensuring a well-balanced water management system for optimal water consumption is also our concern!
