Water-based and zinc-free rust protection with maximum adhesion to all metals

Hybrid Metal Primer is a water-based and 100% zinc-free product in the Green Line range that is both rust preventive and rust stopping. With extremely high adhesion to all metals, it delivers maximum protection even in the most aggressive environments for a long time. The product, which is both a primer and a topcoat, can also be applied directly to an ongoing rust attack, stopping the chemical process that causes corrosion.

User-friendly Hybrid Metal Primer is applied by brush, roller, spray, paint gun or by dipping metal parts in a bath. As the one-component primer is free of hazard symbols, no protective equipment is required (when spraying, the usual protection against aerosols is required). This is a major gain for occupational health, efficiency and economy.

Hybrid Metal Primer is a low-VOC product free from isocyanates and strong odors.
