The R600 is an universal remote controlled platform to which various modules can be connected.
The platform is controlled with a portable control unit by a hybrid cable that is up to 250m on a reel. The base robot is made of stainless steel with a multifunctional control system, various cameras and freely usable pneumatic and electrical I/O.
This allows the platform to be equipped with various existing tools, such as:
• A milling/grinding arm
• Various ultra-high pressure cleaning tools
• A sturable vacuum suction nozzle
• Various inspection tools, wall thickness sensors and visual
• A gripper claw
In addition to the existing tools, the universal joint allows for infinite platform expansion with other existing tools from specialized manufacturers, for inspecting, cleaning and maintaining confined spaces, such as a laser cleaner, welding robot arm and a water cutting system.
The platform is resistant to high temperatures, submersible for underwater work, and the materials are resistant to many different chemicals.
