Air cooled condensers are coated with our unique EnergyGuard® coating. This water-based coating, specially developed for air-cooled condensers, contains special substances that optimally regulate the transfer of heat. The often aluminium fins must be protected from external influences to prevent oxidation and decomposition. Oxidation and digestion influence the efficiency of the installation and thus the technical life span.
Advantages of this coating include: ultra-thin layer, long-lasting/optimal protection, high heat conductivity coefficient, water-based and therefore environmentally and people-friendly, very low K-value, applicable to copper, stainless steel and aluminium and no nuisance.
If necessary, our Heavy-Duty Condenser Coating® can also be applied. This is a coating that can provide more protection in a very aggressive environment.
